Sofia Lopes, is a Registered Psychological Associate in California who provides services under the clinical supervision of Dr. Bautista, Licensed Clinical Psychologist. She is currently pursuing her Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) in Clinical Psychology at the University of the Pacific.

Sofia earned her Master of Education in Special Education with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) from Arizona State University and her master’s degree in Educational Counseling Psychology from the University of the Pacific. Her graduate training has provided a strong foundation in psychological assessment, evidence-based interventions, and collaborative care across educational and clinical settings.

Sofia has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in a variety of clinical settings, providing therapy, conducting behavioral and psychological assessments, and supporting individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, learning differences, anxiety, depression, trauma-related concerns, and behavioral challenges. She is passionate about helping clients better understand themselves while developing practical skills that promote resilience, independence, and overall well-being.

Her clinical interests include comprehensive psychological assessments, autism and ADHD evaluations, differential diagnosis, and evidence-based therapy. Sofia is committed to creating a compassionate, collaborative, and culturally responsive environment where clients and families feel supported throughout the assessment and treatment process.

Outside of her clinical work, Sofia enjoys spending time with family, exploring new places, staying active, and continuing to expand her knowledge through advanced training and professional development.
