Meet Your Clinician
Macey Howeson, Associate MFT
Meet Macey Howeson, a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with a mission to address trauma from a holistic lens and facilitate a deeper level of healing than is often achieved in traditional counseling. Macey is a progressive, passionate therapist who enjoys working with a wide range of clients—including individuals, adolescents, families, and couples. She has a strong passion for working with women of all ages, LGBTQIA+ clients, and other marginalized communities.
As a strength-based and humanistic therapist, Macey believes that all people have the capacity for growth and that therapy can be a safe, non-judgmental space to work through life’s challenges. In her role as a clinician, she prioritizes human connection and compassion, while emphasizing a multi-faceted perspective when addressing mental health concerns. She believes wholeheartedly that all people deserve to feel seen and valued, and that trauma-informed therapy can support lasting, meaningful change.
Macey is also a trained Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapist (KAP) and offers ketamine-assisted psychotherapy within the practice. She integrates this work thoughtfully and safely, supporting clients in accessing deeper emotional processing and expanded states of awareness as part of their healing journey.
Macey holds that therapy is not a one-size-fits-all process, and that each client deserves individualized care tailored to their unique needs and goals. She looks forward to walking alongside you in your healing journey.
