Macey Howeson, Associate MFT
Meet Your Clinician
Meet Macey Howeson, a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with a mission to address trauma from a holistic lens and to facilitate a deeper level of healing than we are used to in traditional counseling. Macey is a progressive, passionate therapist who enjoys working with all demographics of clients – individuals, adolescents, families, and couples. She has a strong passion for working with women of all ages, LGBTQIA+ clients, and other marginalized communities.
As a strength-based and humanistic therapist, she believes that all people have the capacity for growth and that therapy can be a safe, non-judgmental place to work through life’s challenges. In her role as a clinician, she prioritizes human connection and compassion and emphasizes a multi-faceted perspective when addressing mental health struggles. She believes wholeheartedly that all people deserve to feel seen and appreciated, and that trauma therapy can be a mechanism for achieving that feeling long-term.
Macey holds that therapy is NOT a one-size-fits-all process and that each client deserves individualized treatment tailored to their specific needs and goals. She looks forward to walking alongside you in your healing journey!
