Linzy Moore, Psychological Associate

Meet Your Clinician

Linzy Moore, Psychological Associate (94028968)

Meet Linzy, a psychological associate in doctoral training who offers psychotherapy and neurodiversity-affirming evaluations for children, teens, and adults. She works across the lifespan, supporting clients with a wide range of concerns through integrative, trauma-informed care that honors each person’s unique story and strengths.

Her specialties include autism, ADHD, learning differences, and complex diagnostic presentations, especially when trauma, anxiety, or executive functioning challenges overlap. Linzy also provides early developmental assessments to help families better understand their child’s strengths and needs during formative years.

With a background in clinical mental health and advanced psychological testing, Linzy brings both scientific rigor and therapeutic sensitivity to her work. Her evaluations offer clear, empowering insights and practical recommendations to support growth at home, school, and beyond. Her therapy practice is grounded in compassion, collaboration, and evidence-informed care.

Linzy is supervised by Dr. Nicolette Bautista, Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PSY28563).

Psychological and neuropsychological assessment has been a cornerstone of Dr. Nicolette Bautista’s career. She founded Westcoast Trauma and Testing Specialists, Inc.—the parent corporation of KAP Wellness—to reflect her two primary areas of specialization: trauma treatment and psychological assessment.

Dr. Bautista’s assessment experience spans educational, medical, private practice, and forensic settings. Prior to earning her doctorate, she worked for two years as a Psychological Associate in a testing-focused practice. She then completed her predoctoral internship within a college Disabled Student Programs and Services (DSPS) department, where she conducted evaluations for Learning Disorders, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and other conditions impacting academic functioning and accommodations.

Dr. Bautista has also conducted forensic evaluations for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation and later served as an Assessment Psychologist at Kaiser Permanente. In that role, she completed comprehensive neurodevelopmental, neurocognitive, neuropsychological, and psychological evaluations, many involving complex differential diagnostic questions in collaboration with Neurology and Psychiatry.

Before establishing the KAP Wellness DBA, Dr. Bautista’s private practice focused primarily on Brainspotting for trauma and psychological assessment. During that time, she conducted private evaluations for diagnostic clarification, Social Security disability claims, forensic matters, learning disabilities, ADHD, autism spectrum conditions, and neurocognitive concerns.
