Dereck Glover is a trauma-informed associate therapist with a unique blend of
clinical expertise and lived experience. A retired U.S. Army veteran, Dereck draws
from over two decades of leadership across military, corporate, and mental health
settings. His work supports individuals, groups, and organizations seeking
meaningful change, trauma resolution, and integration of transformational
experiences.
In addition to adolescent and adult individual therapy, Dereck facilitates adult
group healing spaces and integration circles focused on non-ordinary states of
consciousness and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP). He also provides
consultation for teams and leaders navigating burnout recovery, veteran mental
fitness, and trauma-informed transformation.
Dereck’s integrative approach combines Acceptance and Commitment Therapy
(ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy
(DBT), and Brainspotting with somatic awareness and a deep relational
presence. He offers virtual therapy and consultation across California through KAP
Wellness, working under the clinical supervision of Kimberly Ebinger, LPCC
